Simply have verifiable proof of any competitor's price within US continental on the similar comparable products. The Price Match Policy is subject to changes without prior notice and in-stock item only.
EXCLUSIONS: LWWS Price Match Program does not apply to competitors' free offers, open-box, clearance, closeout or discontinued products, manufacturer’s rebates, mail-in incentives, financing offers and coupon purchase. The policy does not apply to typographical errors or a competitor's price which results from a price match. LWWS will not price match to a competitor's price that has already been reduced by a price match to another wholesaler. The price match program cannot be applied to previous orders.
VERIFIABLE PROOF OF PRICE The best way to show proof of price is to show us the copy of invoice on what you are buying from others or simply their formal quotation or printed advertisement within the last 30 days. Show us the item you wish us to match and the dates for which the price is valid.
UMBRELLA STIPULATION LWWS Price Match Program is an At-Will promotion. All price matching requests are subject to review by LWWS representatives, and final decisions will be made by said representatives at time of review. Price matching against competitors pricing is only valid at time of purchase, it is not a retroactive program outside of LWWS self-promotions. We reserve the right to approve or deny price matches at our discretion for any reason. A full explanation for our decision regardless the result, will be given to customer at time of decision.
